To provide a method for installing an apparatus capable of suitably carrying a building unit in a state where the apparatus is installed on a ceiling part even if a lowered ceiling is not provided on the ceiling part of the building unit.SOLUTION: Before transporting a building unit, a fixing screw 48 is inserted into a hole part of each flange part 45 of a ventilation device 30 from below and screwed into a hole part of each fixing piece 42 of a support member 40, and each flange part 45 is placed on a head part 48b of each screwed fixing screw 48. Thereafter, a spacer 50 is disposed between the flange part 45 and the fixing piece 42, and the fixing screw 48 is tightened to temporarily fix the flange part 45 to the fixing piece 42 via the spacer 50. After the transportation of the building unit, each fixing screw 48 is loosened, and the spacer 50 is removed from between the flange part 45 and the fixing piece 42. Thereafter, by tightening each fixing screw 48 upward, each flange part 45 placed on the head part 48b of each fixing screw 48 is pushed up together with the ventilation device 30, and is fixed to each fixing piece 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】建物ユニットの天井部に下がり天井を設けなくても、その天井部に機器を設置した状態で建物ユニットを好適に搬送することができる機器の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物ユニットの搬送前に、換気装置30の各フランジ部45の孔部に固定ねじ48を下方から挿通し支持部材40の各固定駒42の孔部にねじ込むとともに、それらねじ込んだ各固定ねじ48の頭部48bの上に各フランジ部45を載置する。その後、フランジ部45と固定駒42との間にスペーサ50を配置し、固定ねじ48を締め込むことでフランジ部45をスペーサ50を介して固定駒42に仮固定する。建物ユニットの搬送後、各固定ねじ48を緩め、フランジ部45と固定駒42との間からスペーサ50を取り外す。その後、各固定ねじ48を上方へ締め込むことにより、各固定ねじ48の頭部48bに載置された各フランジ部45を換気装置30とともに押し上げ、各固定駒42に固定する。【選択図】図5
