CONCRETE SLAB CUTTING METHOD AND SLAB REMOVING METHOD
To provide a concrete slab cutting method allowing efficient cutting of a concrete slab with a wire saw at the vicinity of an upper face of a main girder, and a slab removing method for efficiently removing the concrete slab from steel girders.SOLUTION: In a concrete slab cutting method of cutting a concrete slab 10 connected to an upper face 21a of a main girder 21 with an endless wire saw 100 at the vicinity of the upper face 21a of the main girder 21, advancing direction slits 31 with a prescribed depth extending along a bridge axial orthogonal direction W of the wire saw 100 are formed at both sides in a bridge axial direction L of a cutting object part X, and at an edge part of the cutting object part X, crossing direction slits 32 with the prescribed depth extending in the bridge axial direction L are formed at an edge part of the cutting object part X. The wire saw 100 arranged inside the advancing direction slits 31 and the crossing direction slits 32 is made to rotate and run, to thereby cut the vicinity of the upper face 21a of the main girder 21 in the concrete slab 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主桁の上面の近傍において効率よくコンクリート床版をワイヤーソーで切断できるコンクリート床版切断方法、及び効率よく鋼桁からコンクリート床版を撤去できる床版撤去方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】主桁21の上面21aと接合されたコンクリート床版10を、主桁21の上面21aの近傍において無端状のワイヤーソー100で切断するコンクリート床版切断方法において、切断対象箇所Xの橋軸方向Lの両側に、ワイヤーソー100の橋軸直角方向Wに沿って延びる所定深さの進行方向スリット31を形成するとともに、切断対象箇所Xの縁部において、橋軸方向Lに延びる所定深さの交差方向スリット32を形成し、進行方向スリット31及び交差方向スリット32の内部に配置したワイヤーソー100を回転走行させて、コンクリート床版10における主桁21の上面21aの近傍を切断する。【選択図】図1
