SEALING NOZZLE FOR ROOF MATERIAL REPAIRING PROVIDED IN SEALING TOOL FOR ROOF MATERIAL REPAIRING
To provide a sealing nozzle of a sealing tool for roof material repairing in which a necessary and sufficient amount of a sealing material for roof material repairing is used only on a portion requiring reinforcement of a slate material where a crack or partial damage occurs, and repairing work is performed quickly and efficiently while ensuring sufficient safety.SOLUTION: A thickness of a nozzle base end 101 at a sealing cartridge side of a sealing nozzle 100 is thicker. A thickness of the nozzle gradually becomes thinner toward a nozzle tip, and a cross-sectional area of a sealing material discharge channel corresponding to the nozzle tip also gradually decreases. In accordance with this, the sealing nozzle and the sealing material discharge channel of the nozzle become flat toward the nozzle tip 102 of the sealing nozzle. A nozzle intermediate bent portion is formed at a predetermined position between the nozzle tip and the nozzle base end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根材補修用の必要かつ十分な量のシール材をひび割れや一部欠損が生じたスレート材の補強が必要な部分にのみ使用すると共に、補修作業を十分な安全性を確保しながら迅速かつ効率的に行う屋根材補修用シーリング用具のシーリングノズルを提供する。【解決手段】シーリングノズル１００のシーリングカートリッジ側のノズル基端部１０１の太さが太くなっており、ノズル先端部に向かうに従ってノズルの太さが徐々に細くなると共に、ノズル先端部に対応するシール材吐出用流路の断面積も徐々に小さくなっていき、これに合わせてシーリングノズルのノズル先端部１０２に向かうに従ってシーリングノズルとノズルのシール材吐出用流路が平たくなった形状をなすように変化し、ノズル先端部とノズル基端部の間の所定位置においてノズル中間折れ曲がり部が形成されている。【選択図】図１
