To provide a mechanical parking device improving usability for users of vehicles upon loading/unloading vehicles to a loading/unloading chamber.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking device of the present invention is a mechanical parking device having a loading/unloading chamber 10 where a vehicle C is loaded and unloaded. The mechanical parking device comprises: a carriage 30 on which the vehicle is placed; a rotation device 50 rotating the carriage in the loading/unloading chamber; and a controller 60 controlling rotational motion of the rotation device. The controller includes: a receiving section 61 receiving rotation information used for control of the rotation device; and a control section 62 controlling the rotation motion based on the rotation information received with the receiving section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
