GROOVING DEVICE
To provide a grooving device that can be attached to a 4WS management machine and has excellent followability of a grooving blade portion both when traveling in a straight line and when turning, and can form continuous grooves on the surface of a field without interrupting work even when turning at an edge of the field.SOLUTION: A grooving device 1 comprises a mounting base 2 that can be attached to either a rear wheel 81 of a 4WS management machine or a member that is located near the rear wheel 81 and moves relative to the rear wheel, an arm portion 3 that is attached to the mounting base 2 via a first mounting fulcrum 311, has a shape extending behind the rear wheel 81, and is rotatable in the vertical direction about the first mounting fulcrum 311, a grooving blade portion 4 that is attached to a tip of the arm portion 3 via a second mounting fulcrum 35 and has a structure that can rotate in the left and right directions around the second mounting fulcrum 35, and has a shape capable of forming a groove of a predetermined depth in the ground using the pressing force from the arm portion 3, and an operation handle portion 5 that has a rod shape that extends upward from the mounting base 2 and is provided so that the rotation position of the arm portion 3 can be controlled by the operator's hand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】4WS管理機に取付可能で、直線走行時及び転回時を含めて溝切刃部の追従性が優れ、圃場端での転回時にも作業を中断することなく、圃場表面に連続した溝を形成可能な溝切装置を提供する。【解決手段】溝切装置1は、4WS管理機の後輪81又は後輪81近傍に位置する後輪と相対移動する部材の何れかに取付可能な取付基部2、第1取付支点311を介して取付基部2に取り付けられ、後輪81後方に延伸した形状で且つ第1取付支点311を中心として上下方向に回動可能なアーム部3、第2取付支点35を介してアーム部3先部に取り付けられ、第2取付支点35を中心として左右方向に回動可能な構造で、アーム部3からの押圧力を以て地面に所定深さの溝を形成可能な形状の溝切刃部4と、取付基部2上方に伸長する棹状で、搭乗者の手元でアーム部3の回動位置を操作可能に設けた操作ハンドル部5と、を備える。【選択図】図2
