To provide a waterproof ventilation material which has a high retaining hole cut-off property, which does not rot a wooden material constituting a wooden building such as a roof board and a wall plate by quickly dissolving dew condensation generated on the roof board and the wall plate, and which hardly slips by slip resistance, and to provide a waterproof ventilation building material which can be easily laid on the whole surface of the roof board and the like.SOLUTION: A waterproof ventilation material 1 comprises a resin and/or rubber non-permeable waterproof sheet 2 which includes: a recess part 22 which has an opening part on a sheet upper surface 3a of a base material, and which is dented while being scattered and/or arranged in a row on a sheet lower surface 3b; and a slip resistance part comprising at least any one anti-slip protrusion part selected from a non-ring-shaped protrusion part 11a and a ring-shaped protrusion part protruding from the sheet upper surface 3a between opening parts and an annular protrusion part protruding from the sheet upper surface 3a while surrounding the opening part, and/or a slip resistance layer added on the sheet upper surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1
