POROUS CARBON MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a porous carbon material made from recycled tires and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A surface of rubber particles obtained by crushing a tire is coated with a thermosetting resin to obtain resin-coated rubber particles. The resin-coated rubber particles are heated and pressurized to form a molded body. The molded body is heat-treated under an inert atmosphere to carbonize the thermosetting resin, thereby forming a resin-carbonized material; and the rubber is gasified and dissipated while retaining the carbon black contained in the rubber particles to form numerous spaces inside the resin-carbonized material. Accordingly, a porous carbon material having a space inside which carbon black is contained is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】タイヤを再資源化した多孔質炭素材およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤを破砕して得たゴム粒子の表面を熱硬化性樹脂で被覆して樹脂被覆ゴム粒子を得る。樹脂被覆ゴム粒子を加熱および加圧して成形体を成形する。成形体を不活性雰囲気下で熱処理して、熱硬化性樹脂を炭化させて樹脂炭化材とし、ゴム粒子に含まれるカーボンブラックを残留させつつゴムをガス化し消失させて樹脂炭化材の内部に多数の空間を形成する。これにより、カーボンブラックを収容した空間を内部に有する多孔質炭素材を得る。【選択図】図1
