To provide a waterproof device capable of being installed with respect to an opening part where a lower end of an opening is at a higher position than the ground.SOLUTION: A waterproof device 1 which is installed with respect to an opening part in which a lower end of an opening is at a higher position than the ground includes: a cut-off sheet 11 which improves waterproofness at least on a lower side of the opening part by covering at least the lower side of the opening; a sheet holding part 12 for holding the cut-off sheet 11 so as to bring into an expanded state where the sheet is expanded from a storage state where the sheet is compactified; and a pressing member 16 for pressing the cut-off sheet 11 with respect to an outer wall in the periphery of the opening part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
