Waterproof device for sash and Sash waterproof construction method of using the same
The present invention relates to a waterproof device for a window frame, and to a waterproof construction method of a window frame by using the same. The waterproof device comprises: a first cover plate extended along a window frame, and having one end portion arranged to be adjacent to the outer surface of the window frame; a second cover plate arranged in parallel with respect to the first cover plate, having one end portion arranged to be adjacent to the other end portion of the first cover plate, and having the other end portion arranged to be adjacent to the outer wall; a relay plate for connecting the first cover plate and the second cover plate to each other, and setting an angle formed by the first cover plate and the second cover plate at a desired angle; and a coupling part formed at one end portion of the first cover plate, and fixed to the window frame. According to the present invention, the waterproof device blocks a space between the window frame and the outer wall to protect a sealant applied between the window frame and the outer wall, thereby preventing decreases in water tightness and air tightness caused by damage to the sealant. In addition, the coupling part is fixed to the window frame, and thus the waterproof device can be easily installed on a pre-established window frame.
본 발명은 창틀용 방수장치 및 이를 이용한 창틀의 방수공사방법에 관한 것으로서, 창틀을 따라 연장되고, 일단부가 창틀의 외면에 인접하게 배치되는 제1커버플레이트; 상기 제1커버플레이트와 나란하게 배치되되, 일단부가 상기 제1커버플레이트의 타단부에 인접하게 배치되고, 타단부가 외벽에 인접하게 배치되는 제2커버플레이트; 상기 제1커버플레이트와 상기 제2커버플레이트를 상호 연결하고, 제1커버플레이트와 제2커버플레이트가 이루는 각도를 원하는 각도로 설정할 수 있게 하는 중계플레이트; 및 상기 제1커버플레이트의 일단부에 형성되어 창틀에 고정되는 결합부;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 창틀용 방수장치와, 이 방수장치를 이용한 창틀의 방수공사방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 방수장치가 창틀과 외벽 사이를 차단하여 창틀과 외벽의 사이에 도포된 실란트를 보호함으로써 실란트의 손상에 의한 수밀성 및 기밀성 저하를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 결합부를 창틀에 고정함으로써 방수장치를 기 시공된 창틀에 용이하게 설치할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
