To provide a cut-off tool which facilitates attachment/removal to/from a ventilation hole and can surely perform water cut-off.SOLUTION: A metal net 5 is stretched and attached to a rectangular frame 3, a frame of a ventilation hole 1 mounted on an opening 7 formed on a foundation 2 is formed of a ferromagnetic body, and a sheet 14 that is made of rubber or a resin and is mixed with magnetic powder having a magnetic force is attached to the frame with the magnetic force and the whole surface of the ventilation hole is covered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】換気口への取付け取外しが容易で、止水を確実に行うことができる止水具を提供する。【解決手段】矩形の枠3に金網5が張設され、基礎2に形成の開口7に取付けられる換気口1の枠は強磁性体で形成され、ゴム又は樹脂製で磁力を有する磁粉を混入したシート14を枠に磁力で取付け、換気口の全面を覆う。【選択図】図6
