To provide a precast foundation in which a foundation beam portion and a footing portion are precast and whose level can be adjusted.SOLUTION: A precast foundation 1 includes: a foundation beam portion 15 in which reinforcing bars are embedded; and footing portions 16 extending laterally from both sides of a lower part of the foundation beam portion 15. The precast foundation 1 comprises: an embedded screw member 13 embedded in the footing portion 16 and having a female screw portion formed in a vertical direction; and a male screw member 14 which is screwed into the female screw portion of the embedded screw member 13, and has an upper end side exposed to an upper surface side of the footing portion 16 and a lower end side protruding downward from a lower surface of the footing portion 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
