To provide an insert for deck plates that enables efficient and safe installation of bolts protruding downward from a floor or screw holes exposed on a floor surface as fastening parts for screws to directly fix lighting, facility stands or the like under concrete floors where deck plates are used, and also that provides high work efficiency when assembling products.SOLUTION: An insert for a deck plate is inserted through an open hole provided in the deck plate from above and attached to the deck plate, and comprises, in an anchor with a flange-shaped head, and a shank having a screw hole at a lower end, an insert body having a washer, and a coil spring that presses the washer onto an upper surface of the deck plate between the washer and the flange-shaped head at an outer periphery of the shank, and an engagement member integrally formed with a mounting portion having a screw portion for screwing into the screw hole in the anchor, and an expandable and contractible engagement piece that straddles the open hole and contacts a lower surface of the deck plate when the insert is mounted through the open hole in the deck plate on an outer surface of the mounting portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デッキプレートを使用するコンクリート床下に照明や設備架台等を直付け固定するためのネジの締結部分として、床から下方に突出するボルト、または、床面に露出するネジ孔を効率よく安全に設置が可能であり、製品の組立に際しても作業効率のよいデッキプレート用インサートを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】デッキプレートに開けた貫通孔に上方から挿通して取付けるデッキプレート用インサートであって、鍔状頭部と下端にネジ孔を有する胴部とを含むアンカーに、該胴部の外周にワッシャー及び、該ワッシャーと前記鍔状頭部との間に該ワッシャーを前記デッキプレート上面に押圧するコイルバネを装着したインサート本体と、前記アンカーのネジ孔に螺着するネジ部を有する取付部及び、該取付部の外側面に前記デッキプレートの貫通孔を挿通して取付けた時に該貫通孔を跨いで該デッキプレートの下面に当接する拡縮可能な係合片が一体的に形成された係合部材を備えたことを特徴とする【選択図】図１
