The present invention relates to an insert structure for a deck plate and, more specifically, to an insert structure for a deck plate, which can be stably mounted on a deck plate to bind other facilities. According to the present invention, the insert structure for a deck plate, when a pressure nut is lifted by rotation of a bolt member, enables an elastic member disposed between the pressure nut and the bolt member to be elastically deformed while an outer diameter of the elastic member is expanded. Moreover, a lower surface of the deck plate can be engaged to be fixed by the elastic member with the expanded outer diameter. In addition, the elastic member expanded on an outer circumferential surface of the pressure nut can be pressurized and tightened to prevent the pressure nut from being released from the bolt member.
본 발명은 데크 플레이트용 인서트 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 특히 데크 플레이트에 견고하게 장착되어 기타 설비를 결합시킬 수 있는 데크 플레이트용 인서트 구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 데크 플레이트용 인서트 구조체는, 볼트부재의 회전에 의한 가압너트의 상승시 그 사이에 배치된 탄성부재의 외경이 확장되면서 탄성변형되고, 외경이 확장된 탄성부재에 의해 데크 플레이트의 하면 걸려 고정되며, 가압너트의 외주면에 확장된 탄성부재가 가압 밀착되어 가압너트가 볼트부재로부터 풀리는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 데크 플레이트용 인서트 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 특히 데크 플레이트에 견고하게 장착되어 기타 설비를 결합시킬 수 있는 데크 플레이트용 인서트 구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 데크 플레이트용 인서트 구조체는, 볼트부재의 회전에 의한 가압너트의 상승시 그 사이에 배치된 탄성부재의 외경이 확장되면서 탄성변형되고, 외경이 확장된 탄성부재에 의해 데크 플레이트의 하면 걸려 고정되며, 가압너트의 외주면에 확장된 탄성부재가 가압 밀착되어 가압너트가 볼트부재로부터 풀리는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
