CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PAVED ROAD AND PAVED ROAD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to remake an existing rail track into a paved road which allows traffic of automobiles and trolley buses without removing a track skeleton.SOLUTION: The construction method to remake a rail track 1 into a paved road 10 includes: a first step to form a lower roadbed 2a by landing up ballast of a predetermined amount at both sides of the rail track 1 and tamping the ballast; a second step to form an upper roadbed 2b by landing up crushed ballast of a predetermined amount on the rail track 1 and the lower roadbed 2a and tamping the crushed ballast; and a third step to cobble a pavement material over the upper plane of the upper roadbed 2b, flatten and settle the upper plane to form a surface layer 3. By adjusting the thickness of the upper roadbed 2b formed in the second step according to the value of degree of compaction of lower roadbed 2a (Kvalue in plate loading test), which is obtained after the first step to prevent any local deformation (for example, cracks) on the surface layer 3 of the paved road 10 due to the weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軌きょうを撤去することなく、既存の軌道を自動車やトロリーバスが通行可能な舗装道路に作り変える方法を提供する。【解決手段】軌道1の両側方に所定量のバラストを盛って締め固めることにより下部路盤2aを形成する第1工程と、軌道1および下部路盤2aの上に所定量の砕石を盛って締め固めることにより上部路盤2bを形成する第2工程と、上部路盤2bの上面に舗装材を敷き詰め、上面を均して固めることにより表層工3を形成する第3工程と、を経て軌道1を舗装道路10に作り変える。その際、第1工程後に得られた下部路盤2aの締め固め度合の値(平板載荷試験によるK30値)に応じて、第2工程で形成する上部路盤2bの厚さを調節することによって、荷重の作用により舗装道路10の表層工3に局所的な変状(例えば、ひび割れ)が生じることがないようにした。【選択図】図1
