To provide an eaves member, a building, and a construction method for roof eaves, in which the eaves member can be easily arranged at an appropriate position.SOLUTION: An eaves member 10 placed at eaves 5 of a roof 2 that includes a roof board 4 and a rafter 3 comprises a main body 11 that covers an end 4A of the roof board 4 and an end surface 3A of the rafter 3, and an adjustment portion 20 that extends from the main body 11 along the slope direction DS of the roof 2, comes into contact with at least one of the rafter 3 and the roof board 4, and adjusts the position of the main body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
