EAVES BASE PARTING MEMBER, BUILDING, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EAVES BASE PARTING MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of an eaves base portion mainly when a parting member is installed in the eaves base portion.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an eaves base parting member 8 that is attached to an eaves base portion 7 of a building 1 composed of a horizontal eaves ceiling material 5 and a vertical outer wall material 6. The eaves base parting member 8 has a horizontal part 11 extending horizontally along a lower surface of the eaves ceiling material 5 and a vertical part 12 vertically extending downward along an outer surface of the outer wall material 6 from one end side of the horizontal part 11. The horizontal part 11 and the vertical part 12 have protrusions 13 on the back surface side. The horizontal part 11 may have a protruding part 21 protruding downward on the other end side. The horizontal part 11 may have a fixing member attaching part 32 for attaching a fixing member 31. The horizontal part 11 may have a waterproof material 41 on the back surface side. The fixing member attaching part 32 and an end part of the waterproof material 41 may be provided separately from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】主に、軒元部分に設置した時に軒元部分の見栄えを向上し得るようにする。【解決手段】水平な軒天井材５と垂直な外壁材６とで構成される建物１の軒元部分７に取付けられる軒元見切部材８に関する。軒元見切部材８は、軒天井材５の下面に沿って水平に延びる水平部１１と、水平部１１の一端側から外壁材６の外面に沿って垂直下方へ延びる垂直部１２とを有し、水平部１１および垂直部１２は、裏面側に突出部１３を有している。水平部１１は、他端側に下方へ張り出す張出部２１を有しても良い。水平部１１は、固定部材３１を取付けるための固定部材取付部３２を有しても良い。水平部１１は、裏面側に防水材４１を有しても良い。固定部材取付部３２と防水材４１の端部とが離間して設けられても良い。【選択図】図６
