To provide a wash place floor panel and a manufacturing method of the wash place floor panel, wherein the wash place floor panel suppresses a resin forming a surface sheet softened by heat fusion from flowing out from a joint part with a drain port member when joining the surface sheet and the drain port member by heat fusion, and maintains high design and a draining property.SOLUTION: A wash place floor panel 3 installed in a wash place 1b of a bathroom comprises: a floor body 10 that is provided with an opening part and is provided with a drainage slope toward the opening part; a drain port member 30 that is provided with a drain port 30a corresponding to the opening part and is disposed in the opening part; a surface sheet 20 that is provided with a through hole corresponding to the opening part and covers the floor body 10, wherein the drain port member 30 and the surface sheet 20 are joined by heat fusion, and the drain port member 30 is provided with a groove 31 at joint with the surface sheet 20 to accommodate a resin forming the surface sheet 20 that has been softened by the heat fusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
