WATER-STOP TREATMENT METHOD OF HANDRAIL, AND HANDRAIL STRUCTURE
To provide a water-stop treatment method of a handrail and a handrail structure capable of preventing water from entering or moving into a post of the handrail and being easily constructed.SOLUTION: There is provided a water-stop treatment method of a handrail 10 in which a plurality of metal cylindrical posts 11 are erected at intervals and fixed to a concrete structure 12 at lower end sides, and a cap piece 13 is fixed to an upper end of the plurality of posts 11. A foaming liquid 22a is injected into a hollow portion 21 from the upper end side of the post 11 and foamed and hardened, so that the hollow portion 21 is filled with a water-impermeable foam 22 from a bottom to an upper end in a state where the water-impermeable foam 22 adheres to an inner surface of the post 11, to prevent water from entering an inside of the post.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】手すりの支柱内部への水の浸入や移動を阻止でき容易に施工可能な手すりの止水処理方法及び手すり構造体を提供する。【解決手段】金属製の筒状の支柱11を複数本間隔をあけて立設して下端側でコンクリート構造体12に固定するとともに、複数の支柱11の上端に笠木13を固定した手すり10の止水処理方法であって、支柱11の上端側から発泡性液22aを中空部21に注入して発泡及び硬化させることで、通水不能な発泡体22を支柱11の内面に接着した状態で中空部21の底部から上端側まで充填して支柱内部への水の浸入を防止する。【選択図】図6
