To provide an apartment building capable of reducing construction costs by suppressing increase in the number of columns even when a dimension in a beam direction increases.SOLUTION: An apartment building includes; an intermediate column 20 placed intermediate between a pair of ramen frames 10 in a beam direction; a shear wall 30 that extends between each of the pair of ramen frames 10 and the intermediate column 20 in the beam direction at least at the lowest level; a foundation beam 43 that connects bottoms of the pair of ramen frames 10 and the intermediate column 20 aligned in the beam direction being installed underground to extend in the beam direction; and a plurality of piles 42 extending downward from both ends of the foundation beam 43. The foundation beam 43 is provided at a center part side of the beam direction including below the intermediate column 20, and the foundation beam has an enlarged part 43a in which a beam depth T1 is formed larger than a beam depth T2 at both ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】梁間方向の寸法が大きくなる場合においても、杭の本数の増加を抑制して建築コストの低減を図ることのできる集合住宅建築物を提供する。【解決手段】一対のラーメン架構１０の間の梁間方向の中間部側に配置された中間柱２０と、少なくとも最下階層部分における、一対のラーメン架構１０のそれぞれと中間柱２０との間を梁間方向に延在する耐震壁３０と、地中を梁間方向に延びるように設けられ、梁間方向に並ぶ一対のラーメン架構１０および中間柱２０のそれぞれの下部を連結する基礎梁４３と、基礎梁４３の両端側から下方に延在する杭４２と、を備え、基礎梁４３は、中間柱２０の下方を含む梁間方向の中央部側に設けられ、梁せいＴ１が両端側の梁せいＴ２よりも大きく形成された拡大部４３ａを有している。【選択図】図１
