To prevent a mounting member of a wooden panel from sliding into the wooden panel even though a viscoelastic damper is installed in combination with the wooden panel.SOLUTION: A wooden damping wall 10A formed by combining a wooden panel 40A with a viscoelastic damper 50A, comprises an upper mounting steel material 20A fixed to an upper beam 3A, a lower mounting steel material 30A fixed to a lower beam 3B, a wooden panel 40A forming a wall surface and a viscoelastic damper 50A having a first steel plate 51 and a second steel plate 52 spaced from each other and a viscoelastic body 53 provided between the first steel plate 51 and the second steel plate 52. The first steel plate 51 is fixed to front and back surfaces 41f of the wooden panel 40A, the second steel plate 52 is bonded to the upper mounting steel material 20A and the lower mounting steel material 30A is fixed to the front and back surfaces 41f of the wooden panel 40A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
