BEARING WALL STRUCTURE WITH DAMPING PERFORMANCE OF WOODEN BUILDING
To provide a bearing wall structure with damping performance of a wooden building that can install fitting for installing an opening such as a window, even though the bearing wall structure comprises a damping damper device at a framework structure part.SOLUTION: In a damping damper device A, a V-shaped right device half body 4 with upper and lower two braces 5 and an inverted V-shaped left device half body 6 with upper and lower two braes 7 are disposed in an X-shaped manner, the upper and lower braces 5 of the right device half body 4 are attached to a column material 2A at the right side and the upper and lower braces 7 of the left device half body 6 are attached to a column material 2B at the left side, and the right device half body 4 and the left device half body 6 are connected through a damper mechanism 8. The damping damper device A is placed to leave an opening 9 that can install fittings for installing an opening such as a window between upper and lower two places across the pair of column materials 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】枠組み構造部に制振ダンパー装置を具備する耐力壁構造でありながら、窓などの開口設置用建具を設置することができる木造建築物の制振性能を有する耐力壁構造を提供すること。【解決手段】制振ダンパー装置Aは、上下二本のブレース5を備えたくの字状の右装置半体4と、上下二本のブレース7を備えた逆くの字状の左装置半体6とがX字状に配設され、右装置半体4の上下のブレース5が右側の前記柱材2Aに接合され、左装置半体6の上下のブレース7が左側の前記柱材2Bに接合され、右装置半体4と左装置半体6とがダンパー機構8を介して連結され、制振ダンパー装置Aは、一対の柱材2間の上下二箇所に、間に窓などの開口設置用建具を設置可能な開口9を残すように配置されている。【選択図】図1
