To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate, capable of preventing cracks in a structure and repairing cracks that have occurred, even if cracks have occurred in the structure.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminate for protecting or repairing a structure according to the present invention includes: a first layer forming step for forming a first layer by hardening a material of the first layer; and a second layer forming step for forming a second layer on a first surface of the first layer, wherein the material of the first layer comprises a hardenable component and an ion-releasing compound capable of releasing a cation or an anion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
