To provide a power receiver and a power transmission system in which outputs of two or more power reception units can be combined to increase the supply power voltage of the power receiver.SOLUTION: A power receiver is a microwave power transmission receiver that receives microwaves from a power transmission side in a non-contact manner. The power receiver includes power reception units each having an antenna and a half-wave double voltage rectifier circuit.
