To reduce a load on a user in an insertion/removal operation while reducing swinging of a battery in the vertical direction caused in rolling operation.SOLUTION: A rolling pressure roller comprises: a first roller configured to rotate about a first axis; a second roller configured to rotate about a second axis; a driving unit configured to supply a driving force to at least one of the first roller and the second roller; and a storage unit configured to store a battery for supplying power to the driving unit.
