SURFACE FINISHING OF PAVEMENT STONE PRODUCED FROM ROCK
To provide a processed paving stone, which relates to a pavement stone road surface with processed surface edges of natural stone with rough-finishing surface, that makes passersby aware of the presence of the surface, allows passersby to recognize the surface by the reflected light from the polished and finished portion of the light irradiated on the surface, and beautifies the surface and surrounding landscape.SOLUTION: On the surface and side surface of the surface edge of the pavement stone where the rough surface finished rock of the pavement stone is processed, the edge of the surface stone is chamfered in the range of 30 degrees to 60 degrees directly below the edge with the minimum distance in the range of 3 mm to 15 mm. Part or all of the chamfered part is polished, the reflectivity of the light irradiated on the road surface is made larger than that on the surface part not chamfered, the pattern of the light is made to appear on the road surface by the reflected light, the surrounding landscape is made beautiful, a slip resistance value of the road surface is prevented from lowering, the existence of the road surface is made to be recognized by people around by the reflection of a part of the road surface, and traffic accidents are prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粗面仕上げの自然石の表面縁部を加工した舗装石の路面に関するもので、路面の存在を通行者に認識させ、路面に照射される光の磨き仕上げされた部分から反射光を通行者が受けて路面を認識し、路面および周囲の景観を美しく演出する加工された舗道石である。【解決手段】舗装石の粗面仕上げした岩石を加工した舗道石の表面縁部の表面と側面部において、最短距離を３ｍｍ～１５ｍｍの範囲の長さで、縁部から真下へ３０度から６０度の範囲で表面石の縁部を面取り加工し、面取りした部分の一部ないし全部を磨き仕上げにし、路面に照射される光を面取りしていない表面部より光の反射率を大きくし、反射光により路面に光の模様を出現させて、周囲の景観を美しくするとともに、路面の滑り抵抗値の低下を防ぎ、路面の一部が反射することで、周囲の人間に路面の存在を認識させ、交通事故を防止させる。【選択図】図１
