WOODEN BEARING WALL
To provide a wooden bearing wall with excellent toughness and bearing capacity and easily constructed.SOLUTION: There is provided a wooden bearing wall 10 in which four corners of top, bottom, left and right sides of a wall body 12 are joined to an upper beam 14 and a lower beam 16 via beam joints 18. The wall body 12 comprises two square plate-shaped wooden members 20 fixed to face each other in the wall thickness direction, an X-shaped steel member 22 provided between the two wooden members 20 and extending in the diagonal direction of the woodeen members 20. The beam joint 18 is joined to an end 32 of the steel member 22 and is only to abut onto the wooden member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
