To provide a sliding wall having a pressure contact rubber that is easy to operate with sound insulation.SOLUTION: A disclosed sliding wall includes: a panel for partitioning a space; a pressure contact rubber that is placed on an upper-end surface or a lower-end surface of the panel, which is capable of closing between the panel and an installation surface by advancing or retreating towards/from the installation surface above or below the panel; and a connecting rubber that is placed on a side end face of the panel and can close a gap between the adjacent panels. The disclosed sliding wall also includes: an attachment part that is placed at a corner of a panel and interlock with a pressure contact rubber; and a mating part that extends vertically along the side end face of the panel and faces the adjacent panel. On a surface of the mating part on either the left or right side of the panel, a corner pressure contact rubber is provided that protrudes from the surface, a plate-shaped projection piece 41 that is curved or bent and has an open end with the tip facing the surface extends in the vertical direction, in which the protruding pieces can approach the surface, and on a surface of the mating part on the other side of the panel, a receiving part 43 is formed to bring the protruding pieces of other adjacent panels into close contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
