To realize the excellent operation sound when a motor is driven with a simple configuration in a vehicle slide door opening/closing device.SOLUTION: A vehicle slide door opening/closing device comprises: a drive unit 6 which can output power of a motor 20; and a guide unit 5 which has a power transmission member 10 capable of transmitting the power of the motor 20 output from the drive unit 6 to a slide door 3. The slide door 3 is automatically opened and closed by moving the power transmission member 10 by the power of the motor 20. The drive unit 6 includes: the motor 20; a deceleration gear group 24 that can decelerate the rotation of the motor 20 and transmit it to the power transmission member 10; a motor casing 22 that has a motor storage part 221 that surrounds the motor 20; and a Helmholtz resonator 23 that is provided in the motor casing 22 and can reduce the sound of a specific frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
