To provide an alumina sintered compact member having low dielectric loss, excellent corrosion resistance, and reduced particle generation; an alumina sintered compact member capable of forming a uniform protective film on a surface thereof; and an alumina sintered compact member on which the uniform protective film is formed on the surface thereof.SOLUTION: An alumina sintered compact member of the present invention comprises an alumina sintered compact containing: at least 99.5% wt.% of aluminum oxide; 100 ppm or more but 1,000 ppm or less of Mg; 25 ppm or more but 100 ppm or less of Na; and 100 ppm or more but 1,000 ppm or less of Si, wherein the alumina sintered compact has a density of at least 3.97 g/cm3. An average particle diameter of alumina particles on any one surface of the alumina sintered compact in a (500×500 μm) square area is 2 μm or more but 6 μm or less; an average aspect ratio of the alumina particles is 0.5 or more but 1 or less; an arithmetic average height Sa in the square area is 0.2 μm or less; and an aspect ratio Str of the surface quality is 0.05 or more but less than 1.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】誘電損失が少なく、耐食性に優れ、パーティクルの発生が抑制されたアルミナ焼結体部材、また表面に、均一な保護膜を形成することができるアルミナ焼結体部材、また表面に、均一な保護膜が形成されたアルミナ焼結体部材を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明にかかるアルミナ焼結体部材は、酸化アルミニウムを少なくとも99.5wt%、Mgを100ppm以上1000ppm以下、Naを25ppm以上100ppm以下、Siを100ppm以上1000ppm以下含有し、密度が少なくとも3.97g/cm3のアルミナ焼結体からなり、アルミナ焼結体の任意の一表面で(500×500μm)四方エリアにおけるアルミナ粒子の平均粒径が2μm以上6μm以下、アルミナ粒子の平均アスペクト比は0.5以上1以下であり、四方エリアにおける算術平均高さSaが0.2μm以下、表面性状のアスペクト比Strが0.05以上1未満である。【選択図】なし
