SCAFFOLD SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR STEEL PIPE COLUMN
To reduce the number of required members by avoiding contact between a gripper and a scaffold board while arranging a frame material for supporting the scaffold board so as to surround a steel pipe column.SOLUTION: In a support structure of scaffolds for steel pipe columns, a horizontal attaching material 3 is connected to a plate 2 welded to the surfaces of opposing flanges 1a, 1a of a steel pipe column 1 at a distance in the horizontal direction, a frame material 5 having a lower horizontal material 51 and an upper horizontal material 52 vertically arranged in parallel is erected between axial both ends of two horizontal attaching materials 3, 3 arranged on the surface side of each flange 1a to connect the lower horizontal material 51 to the horizontal attaching material 3, a horizontal receiving material 8 is erected on two frame materials 5, 5 arranged across the steel pipe column 1 and connected to the upper horizontal material 52, and a scaffold plate 9 is placed and supported on the horizontal receiving material 8 and the upper horizontal material 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】鋼管柱を包囲するように足場板を支持するための枠材を配置しながらも、把持具と足場板との接触を回避し、必要部材数を削減する。【解決手段】鋼管柱1の対向するフランジ1a、1aの各表面に水平方向に距離を置いて溶接されたプレート2に水平添え材3を接続し、各フランジ1aの表面側に配置された2本の水平添え材3、3の軸方向両端部間に、上下に並列する下部水平材51及び上部水平材52を有するフレーム材5を架設して下部水平材51を水平添え材3に接続し、鋼管柱1を挟んで配置された2本のフレーム材5、5上に水平受け材8を架設して上部水平材52に接続し、水平受け材8と上部水平材52の上に足場板9を配置し、支持させる。【選択図】図5
