STEAM CURING EXPANDABLE COMPOSITION, PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE AND PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE PRODUCTION METHOD
To provide an expandable composition which can improve a cracking generation load of pre-stressed concrete and reduce a cracking width thereof, pre-stressed concrete which contains the expandable composition, and a pre-stressed concrete production method.SOLUTION: Provided is a steam curing expandable composition which contains free lime, gypsum, ye'elimite and ternesite, and contains 0.5 to 15 mass% of the ternesite. Also provided are pre-stressed concrete in which a content of the steam curing expandable composition is 30 to 60 kg per m3, and a pre-stressed concrete production method in which steam curing is executed.
【課題】プレストレストコンクリートのひび割れ発生荷重の向上と、ひび割れ幅を低減することができる膨張組成物、膨張組成物を含むプレストレストコンクリート、及び、プレストレストコンクリートの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】遊離石灰、セッコウ、イーリマイト、及びテルネサイトを含み、テルネサイトを０．５～１５質量％含む蒸気養生用膨張組成物である。また、蒸気養生用膨張組成物の含有量がプレストレストコンクリート１ｍ３当たり３０～６０ｋｇであるプレストレストコンクリート、及び、蒸気養生を施すプレストレストコンクリートの製造方法である。
