To obtain a configuration in which a spandrel wall part can be easily attached to and detached from a floor slab compared to a method of constructing the concrete spandrel wall part constituting a fire compartment wall by integrally forming the floor slab and a spandrel wall with concrete.SOLUTION: The fire compartment wall includes: a spandrel wall part having a rectangular plate-like precast concrete wall portion and a steel member that extends along the lower edge of the concrete wall portion, is attached to the lower edge, and is fireproofed; a plate-like fireproof upper wall part, the lower end of which is attached to the upper edge of the concrete wall portion and which extends to the ceiling; and an attaching portion that detachably attaches the steel member to the floor slab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】防火区画壁を構成するコンクリート製の腰壁部分を、床スラブと腰壁を一体のコンクリートで施工する工法と比して、腰壁部分を床スラブに容易に取り付け取り外しをすることができる構成を得る。【解決手段】防火区画壁は、矩形板状でプレキャスト製のコンクリート壁部と、コンクリート壁部の下縁に沿って延び、下縁に取り付けられると共に耐火処理が施された鋼材と、を有した腰壁部分と、板状でコンクリート壁部の上縁に下端が取り付けられ、天井まで延びる耐火性の上壁部分と、鋼材を床スラブに着脱可能に取り付ける取付部と、を備える。【選択図】図２
