Construction Method for Foundation Pillar
The present invention relates to a construction method for foundation of a pillar that is capable of fixedly supporting a pillar of a wooden deck or n fence doubly, while buriedly finishing the fixing structure of the pillar, thereby efficiently constructing the foundation of the pillar with a good outer appearance and a stable fixing force. According to the present invention, the construction method includes the steps of: (1) forming an upper introduction groove on ground or a basic block on a construction region for foundation of a pillar; (2) forming a lower introduction groove on the ground or basic block so as to obtain a space in which the pillar is erectedly accommodated in the upper introduction groove; (3) forming a plurality of wedge grooves along the top end periphery of the lower introduction groove; (4) erecting the pillar so that the lower portion of the pillar is accommodated in the lower introduction groove; (5) fittingly coupling fixing wedges to the wedge grooves to compressedly fix the pillar located in the lower introduction groove; and (6) filling concrete in the interior of the upper introduction groove to finish the foundation of the pillar.
본 발명은 목재 데크 및 휀스의 지주를 상하 2중으로 지지고정하면서 지주의 고정구조를 매립 마감하여 외관상 미려함을 유지함과 동시에 안정적인 고정력을 갖는 지주 기초를 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, (1)지주 기초시공을 위한 시공영역을 확보하여 지반 또는 기초블록에 상부유입홈을 형성하는 단계와; (2)상기 상부유입홈 상에 지주를 기립상태로 세워 수용할 수 있는 공간을 확보하기 위하여 지반 또는 기초블록에 하부유입홈을 형성하는 단계와; (3)상기 하부유입홈의 상단부 둘레를 따라 복수 개의 쐐기홈을 형성하는 단계와; (4)상기 하부유입홈에 지주의 하부가 수용되게 지주를 세워 설치하는 단계와; (5)상기 하부유입홈 내 위치한 지주를 압착 고정하기 위하여 상기 쐐기홈 내 고정쐐기를 끼움 결합하는 단계와; (6)상기 상부유입홈의 내부에 콘크리트를 채워 지주 기초를 마감토록 타설하는 단계;를 포함하는 지주 기초 시공공법을 제공한다.
