CONSTRUCTION WORK EXECUTION METHOD AND CONSTRUCTION WORK EXECUTION DEVICE
To provide a construction work execution method and a construction work execution device that accurately executes processing on a construction target surface of a building member.SOLUTION: A spraying device 20 includes a spraying section 40 and a distance measuring section 30 attached to a tip 26 of a robot arm 25. The spraying section 40 includes a gun head 42 that discharges a spraying material onto a construction target surface 11a of a beam 10. A control unit 51 of the spraying unit 20 obtains a first angle that is the shortest distance to the construction target surface 11a using a plurality of distances from the tip 26 to the construction target surface 11a measured while rotating the tip 26 about a z axis. The control unit 51 obtains a second angle and a second distance that is the shortest distance to the construction target surface 11a using the plurality of distances measured while rotating the tip 26 around an x-axis after setting to the obtained first angle. The control unit 51 performs correction by using the second distance and the first and second angles to spray the spraying material from the gun head 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築部材の施工対象面に対して的確に処理を実行する建設作業施工方法及び建設作業施工装置を提供する。【解決手段】吹付け装置20は、ロボットアーム25の先端部26に取り付けられた吹付け部40及び距離計測部30を備える。吹付け部40は、梁10の施工対象面11aに吹付け材を吐出するガンヘッド42を備える。吹付け装置20の制御部51は、z軸を中心として先端部26を回転させながら計測した先端部26から施工対象面11aまでの複数の距離を用いて、施工対象面11aまでの最短距離となる第1角度を取得する。制御部51は、取得した第1角度に設定した上で、x軸を中心として、先端部26を回転させながら計測した複数の距離を用いて施工対象面11aまでの最短距離となる第2距離及び第2角度を取得する。制御部51は、第2距離と第1角度及び第2角度を用いて修正して、ガンヘッド42から吹付け材を吹付ける。【選択図】図1
