MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT DEVICE
To provide a mounting structure for a displacement measurement device that can accurately measure an amount of expansion and contraction of a vibration control damper 2, whose material axis may be refracted as it expands and contracts in a material axial direction.SOLUTION: A displacement measurement device 3 comprises: a ruler member 4 mounted at one end to an outer cylinder member 21 that constitutes a vibration control damper 2 and extending toward an inner cylinder member 22; a guide member 5 mounted to the inner cylinder member 22 and holding the ruler member 4 so that it can slide in a material axial direction of the vibration control damper 2; and a pair of displacement recording members 6, 6 mounted to the ruler member 4 and held so that they can move on the ruler member 4 by contacting the guide member 5. One end of the ruler member 4 is made a pin node that can oscillate the ruler member 4 with respect to the material axial direction of the vibration control member 2, and the guide member 5 holds the ruler member 4 so that the ruler member 4 can be oscillated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】材軸方向の伸縮に伴って材軸が屈折する可能性のある制振ダンパー2の伸縮量を精度良く計測し得る変位計測装置の取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】変位計測装置3は、制振ダンパー2を構成する外筒部材21に一端部が取り付けられて、内筒部材22側に延設された定規部材4と、内筒部材22に取り付けられて定規部材4を制振ダンパー2の材軸方向に摺動し得るように保持するガイド部材5と、定規部材4に取り付けられてガイド部材5との当接により定規部材4上を移動し得るように保持される一対の変位記録部材6、6と、を具備する。定規部材4の一端部が制振ダンパー2の材軸方向に対して定規部材4を揺動させ得るピン節点となされるとともに、ガイド部材5が、定規部材4を揺動させ得るように定規部材4を保持する。【選択図】図3
