FLASHING SLEEVE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE IN HOT WATER SUPPLY EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION OPENING
To install a flashing sleeve by cutting off water of hot water supply equipment with a dry structure for various types of installation openings with a change in vertical and horizontal dimensions by repairing an existing opening of a building.SOLUTION: In a flashing sleeve A, a fixed flange plate 2 is provided in the whole circumference of an end part on an indoor side of a rectangular short cylindrical sleeve body 1, and a seal piece-like first water cutting off material S1 which is brought into elastic contact with an inner peripheral surface of an installation opening H provided on an outer wall W of an apartment house and cuts off water is provided over the whole circumference of an end part on an outdoor side of the sleeve body 1. In the flashing sleeve A, a width dimension of the first water cutting off material S1 is adjusted in correspondence with the interval with an inner surface of the installation opening H so that a difference in intervals is absorbed and primary water cutting off is executed. The fixed flange plate 2 is fixed to an internal wall surface 74 of the outer wall W through a plurality of fixing bolts 77 through a rectangular frame-like second water cutting off material S2 so that secondary water cutting off is executed with a dry structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建物の既設開口を修復することで縦横寸法に変化のある種々の設置開口に対して給湯設備を乾式構造で止水して設置可能にする。【解決手段】雨仕舞スリーブAは、方形短筒状のスリーブ本体1の室内側の端部の全周に固定フランジ板2が設けられ、前記スリーブ本体1の室外側の端部に、集合住宅の外壁Wに設けられた設置開口Hの内周面に弾接して止水するシール片状の第1止水材S1が全周に亘って設けられた構成であり、前記雨仕舞スリーブAは、前記設置開口Hの内面との間隔に対応して前記第1止水材S1の幅寸法を調整することで、当該間隔の差異を吸収して一次止水され、方形枠状の第2止水材S2を介して前記固定フランジ板2が前記外壁Wの内壁面74に複数の固定ボルト77を介して固定されることで乾式構造で二次止水される構成とする。【選択図】 図3
