To provide a door opening/closing device for railroad vehicle for reducing the number of components.SOLUTION: A door opening/closing device for railroad vehicle includes a motor for performing opening/closing drive of a first door and a second door provided in a railroad vehicle, a first boss 31 for transmitting rotary motion of the motor to a drive pulley 21 for driving the first door, a second boss 32 engaged with the first boss 31 to convert the rotary motion into linear motion in the thickness direction of the first door, and a lock plate 44 provided in the second door to lock the second door by being engaged with a lock piston 41 provided in the second boss 32 when the second door is located at a fully closed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
