To provide a work state discrimination device, a work state discrimination method, and a work vehicle which can appropriately determine whether or not a work vehicle is in working.SOLUTION: A work state discrimination device includes: an acquisition part for acquiring a detection result of a hydraulic pressure detection part for detecting hydraulic pressures of a plurality of hydraulic pressure cylinders for driving a blade mounted with a work vehicle with a hydraulic pressure; and a work state discrimination part for discriminating that the work state of the blade is in working, when it is determined that any one of the hydraulic pressure cylinders is in a state where the blade is grounded, or it is determined that any one of the hydraulic pressure cylinders grounds the blade, on the basis of a calculation value based on the plurality of hydraulic pressures detected with the plurality of hydraulic cylinders by the hydraulic pressure detection part, and a second reference pressure different from the first reference pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
