VENTILATION MATERIAL AND VENTILATION UNIT USING THE SAME
To provide a ventilation unit that can be used for both an attic space ventilation in a ridge portion of a shed roof and the attic space ventilation in an upstream portion of a lean-to roof.SOLUTION: A ventilation unit comprises a long frame 2, which is inverted U-shaped in cross section and has both sides in a width direction open to ventilation, a long drain 3 and a pair of ventilation members 4, 5, which are incorporated in the frame 2, an upper end of one side of the frame 2 is bent inward in a horizontal direction to form a first stop edge 6, an upper end of the other side is extended outward and folded to the upper side to form a protruding edge 7 for caulking, an end of the folded portion is extended further into the frame 2 to form a second stop edge 8, and the ventilation members 4, 5 are spaced apart at both ends in an interior width direction of the frame 2, the ventilation member 4 is pressed into the first stop edge 6, the ventilation member 5 is pressed into the second stop edge 8 across a drain 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】片流れ屋根の棟部分における小屋裏換気、及び、下屋屋根の水上部分における小屋裏換気のいずれにも利用可能な換気ユニットを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】断面が倒コ字形で、幅方向両側面を通気可能にした長尺の枠材2と、枠材2内に組み込まれる長尺の水切り3及び一対の通気部材4,5とから成り、枠材2の一方の側面の上端を内向き水平方向に折曲して第1押止辺6を形成し、他方の側面の上端を外方向に延長し、上側に折り畳んでカシメ用突出辺7を形成し、その折り畳み部の先端を更に枠材2内にまで延長して第2押止辺8を形成し、通気部材4,5を枠材2の内部幅方向両端部に間隔を置いて配置し、通気部材4は第1押止辺6に押止させ、通気部材5は、水切り3を挟んで第2押止辺8に押止させる構成とする。【選択図】図1
