To provide a mixer capable of uniformly stirring and mixing aggregate and resin materials.SOLUTION: A mixer (100) for mixing aggregate and resin materials includes: a mixing container (10) into which aggregate is fed; a resin supply unit that supplies the resin materials; and a stirring and mixing unit that stirs and mixes the aggregate and the resin materials within the mixing container (10). The stirring and mixing unit has a rotating part that is rotated around a predetermined shaft direction, and an agitator blade (30) arranged around the rotating part.
