MIXER
A mixer with a unit for coupling into a fluid flow and a pod for holding treatment media that includes an additive. The unit provides a main flow path between an inlet and an outlet and a bypass circuit to divert fluid from the main flow path, through the pod for exposure to the media so as to introduce the additive into the water, and to return treated fluid back into the main flow path. A valve assembly is provided which allows fluid flow through the bypass circuit when the pod is coupled to the main body.
L'invention concerne un mélangeur comprenant une unité destinée à un accouplement dans un écoulement de fluide et une capsule destinée à contenir un milieu de traitement qui comprend un additif. L'unité fournit un trajet d'écoulement principal entre une entrée et une sortie et un circuit de dérivation pour dévier le fluide du trajet d'écoulement principal, à travers la capsule pour permettre une exposition au milieu de façon à introduire l'additif dans l'eau et pour renvoyer le fluide traité dans le chemin d'écoulement principal. Un ensemble vanne est prévu qui permet un écoulement de fluide à travers le circuit de dérivation lorsque la capsule est accouplée au corps principal.
