METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
To provide a method for constructing a foundation structure which can improve installation accuracy of an upper frame column joined to a steel pipe pile, and can improve pull-out strength of the upper frame column.SOLUTION: A method for constructing a foundation structure includes the steps of: inserting a conical steel pipe of a composite steel pipe formed by joining a cylindrical steel pipe having a tapered part having the same diameter as a maximum diameter of the conical steel pipe and the diameter reduced upward to the upper part of the conical steel pipe having a maximum diameter larger than the outer diameter of the steel pipe pile and the diameter reduced upward, into a pile head part of the steel pipe pile, and joining the conical steel pipe and the steel pipe pile; placing a first temporal curable material up to a height below the upper end of the composite steel pipe, inside the composite steel pipe; fixing a positioning jig to the first temporal curable material; inserting the positioning jig to a first through hole formed on a column leg plate mounted on the lower end of an upper frame column, and installing the upper frame column above the cured first temporal curable material; and placing a second temporal curable material, inside the composite steel pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管杭に接合される上部架構柱の設置精度を向上させることが可能となり、上部架構柱の引き抜き耐力を向上させることが可能となる基礎構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】最大径が鋼管杭の外径よりも大きく下方に向けて縮径される円錐状鋼管の上部に、該円錐状鋼管の最大径と同じ径を有し、上方に向けて縮径されるテーパー部を有する筒状鋼管を接合してなる複合鋼管の前記円錐状鋼管を鋼管杭の杭頭部に挿入し、前記円錐状鋼管と前記鋼管杭と接合する工程と、前記複合鋼管の内部に前記複合鋼管の上端よりも下の高さまで第1経時硬化性材を打設する工程と、前記第1経時硬化性材に位置決め治具を固定する工程と、上部架構柱の下端に取り付けられた柱脚板に形成された第1貫通孔に前記位置決め治具を挿入し、硬化した前記第1経時硬化性材の上方に前記上部架構柱を設置する工程と、前記複合鋼管の内部に第2経時硬化性材を打設する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図1
