To provide a western style toilet bowl device and a toilet seat device capable of easily confirming the inside of a bowl after washing is performed in a closed state of a toilet cover.SOLUTION: When a change from a seated to an unseated state is detected by a seating detection part 28, a control part 5 of a western style toilet bowl device 1 controls a toilet cover drive part 22 to close a toilet cover 20 and then performs an opening operation. After the lapse of a predetermined time since an open state was achieved, it performs a closing operation on the opened toilet cover 20 to bring the opened toilet cover into a closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】便蓋の閉状態での洗浄がなされた後に手間なくボウル内を確認することができる洋風便器装置および便座装置を提供する。【解決手段】洋風便器装置１の制御部５は、着座検知部２８により着座中から離座への状態変化が検知されると、便蓋駆動部２２を制御して、便蓋２０を閉状態にした後に開動作させ、開状態となってから一定時間後に、開状態となった便蓋２０を閉動作させて閉状態にする。【選択図】図１
