To provide a western style toilet bowl device and a western style toilet seat device that allow a toilet bowl to be washed even when a toilet lid is exceptionally in an open state so as to improve convenience even on the assumption that scattering of a contaminated material is prevented by the toilet lid.SOLUTION: When there is an instruction for washing from an operation part 26, a toilet bowl washing part 13 supplies washing water to a bowl 12 when a toilet lid opening/closing detection part 24 determines that a toilet lid 21 is in a closed state or when a seating detection part 22 determines a seating state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】便蓋による汚染物質の飛散防止を前提としつつ、利便性向上のために、例外的に便蓋が開状態であっても便器洗浄を可能とした洋風便器装置および便座装置を提供する。【解決手段】便器洗浄部１３は、操作部２６から洗浄の指示があったとき、便蓋開閉検知部２４により便蓋２１が閉状態であると判断された場合に、または着座検知部２２により着座状態と判断された場合に、洗浄水をボウル１２に供給する構成とする。【選択図】図１
