To improve the operability of functions of a work vehicle.SOLUTION: An operation device of a work vehicle includes: an operation lever for operating various different functions of a work vehicle; and a selection tool for performing a selection operation of the operation mode of the operation lever. The operation lever changes functions of the work vehicle to receive operation instructions according to the operation mode selected by the selection tool. The operation lever is swingably and operably supported and can change a function of the work vehicle to receive operation instructions by a swinging operation according to the operation mode selected by the selection tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
