FIXING AND REINFORCING METAL FITTING FOR SOLAR PANEL FRAME MATERIAL AND INSTALLATION STRUCTURE THEREOF
To provide a metal fitting for a solar panel frame material capable of preventing loosening of fastening of a fixing member due to vibration propagated to the fixing member by an external factor and subsequently fixing the frame material to a roof material in addition to the existing fixing member in a reinforcing manner.SOLUTION: A metal fitting serves as a fixing member 10 for fixing a longitudinal bar-shaped frame material 20 for supporting a solar panel to a roof material R and can also be used later to reinforce and firmly fix the frame material 20 to the roof material R, wherein a connection part 30 provided with a connecting hole 11b for inserting a fastening member and connected to the roof material R, a mounting part 50 mounted by pressing the frame material 20 from above the frame material 20, a plate spring part 40, which connects the mounting part 50 and the connection part 30 and buffers vibration transmitted from the mounting part 50 to the connection part 30, without making contact with the roofing material R or the framing material 20, and a sheet-like cushioning material 60 provided between a first contact surface 31 on the roof material R side of the connection part 30 and a second contact surface 51 on the frame material 20 side of the mounting part 50 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】外部的要因により固定部材へ伝搬する振動によって固定部材の締結の緩みを防止するとともに、既存の固定部材に加えて後から補強的に枠材を屋根材に固定することが可能な太陽光パネル枠材の金具を提供すること。【解決手段】太陽光パネルを支持する長手棒状の枠材20を屋根材Rに固定するための固定部材10としての役割に加えて、さらに補強的に枠材20を屋根材Rに強固に固定をする金具であって、締結部材を挿通する連結孔11bを具備し、屋根材Rと連結する連結部30と、枠材20の上方から枠材20を押さえて取り付けられる取付部50と、屋根材Rおよび枠材20に非接触で、取付部50と連結部30とを繋ぎ、取付部50から連結部30へ伝搬する振動を緩衝する板バネ部40と、連結部30の屋根材R側の第1接触面31および取付部50の枠材20側の第2接触面51の間において、シート状の緩衝材60を有することを特徴としたこと。【選択図】図2
