ELBOW MEMBER
To provide an elbow member made of an acrylic resin and also suppressing cost increase and breakage.SOLUTION: An elbow member such as a second elbow member 22 is made of an acrylic resin, and has two cylindrical receiving ports which extend in directions different from each other and to which rain gutter structural members different from each other are connected, and an elbow body 30 which connects the two receiving ports. The elbow body is provided with a thick wall part 31 having a maximum thickness in the elbow body. The elbow member is configured so that the thick wall part is located in at least one triangular areas S1, S2 on the outer peripheral sides of four triangular areas S1, S2, S3, S4 obtained by connecting the first point, the second point, the third point, and the fourth point J, K, L, M regulated by a prescribed relation in a sectional view cut by a plane including central axes of the two receiving ports of the elbow body. The greatest number of the thick wall parts is provided in one triangular area S1 of the two triangular areas on the outer peripheral side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】アクリル系樹脂で構成され、かつ、コスト増大と破損の抑制を図れるエルボ部材を提供する。【解決手段】第2エルボ部材22等のエルボ部材は、互いに異なる方向に延び、それぞれ異なる雨樋構成部材が接続される2つの筒状の受け口と、2つの受け口を接続するエルボ本体30とを有するアクリル系樹脂製である。エルボ本体には、エルボ本体の中で最大の厚さを有する厚肉部31が設けられる。エルボ部材は、エルボ本体のうち、2つの受け口の中心軸を含む平面で切断した断面視において、所定の関係で規定される第1点、第2点、第3点及び第4点J,K,L,Mを結んで得られる4つの三角形領域S1,S2,S3,S4のうち、外周側の少なくとも1つの三角形領域S1,S2内に、厚肉部が位置するように構成される。厚肉部は、外周側の2つの三角形領域のうち、一方の三角形領域S1内に最も多く設けられる。【選択図】図4
