CONNECTING STRUCTURE BETWEEN WALL MEMBER AND COLUMN
To meed a demand for simplification and labor saving in connecting structure between wall members and columns.SOLUTION: Using a position of a horizontal reinforcement 3 installed in a wall as a base point 12, to determine a position on a column 2, a bolt 4 with threads at both ends inserted into a horizontal through hole is fixed with a nut 5 with a plate 6 with a rod-shaped protrusion 7 facing upward. Since insertion is impossible at the same position in a cross connection, one bolt is inserted downward crossing to connect a wall member 1 with the column 2. The plate 6 at which the rod-shaped protrusion 7 attached to a groove of the column 2 is fixed and the end of horizontal reinforcement loaded into the protrusion made by drilling a connecting hole 15 at the end of the horizontal reinforcement 3 loaded into the wall are pressed against the column 2, and the wall and the column 2 are combined into a pair. The wall side is pressed against the column 2 erected first, a tenon of one of the columns 2 is inserted into a mortise hole and joined, and the connecting hole 15 at the end of the horizontal reinforcement 3 loaded into the wall and the protrusion 7 of the plate 6 attached to the column 2 are directly connected inside the opposing grooves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁部材と柱との連結の構造に於ける簡潔化と省力化への対応が要求される。【解決手段】壁に装填した横筋3の位置を基点12にして、柱2へ位置決めさせて横貫通孔に挿通の両端ネジ付きボルト4を、棒状突起7付きプレート6を上向きにナット5で固定させ交差連結では同じ位置での挿通が不可である故に、ボルト一本分を交差で下側へ挿通させて、壁部材1と前記柱2とを連結する。柱2の溝に装着させた棒状の突起7を固着したプレート6と、壁に装填の横筋3の端部に連結孔15を作孔して突出に装填の横筋端部を柱2へ押接させ、壁と柱2を一対に合体させて、始めに建てた柱2へ壁側を押接、片方の柱2のホゾをホゾ穴へ差し込みで接合させ、壁に装填した横筋3の端部の連結孔15と柱2に装着したプレート6の突起7とを、相対した溝の内部で直結連結させる。【選択図】図1
