REFURBISHING FITTING
To provide a refurbishing fitting improved in heat insulation performance by employing a resin sliding screen.SOLUTION: A refurbishing fitting has: an existing frame attached to an opening in a building framework; a new frame attached over four sides of the inner circumference of the existing frame; and at least one resin sliding screen slidably fitted inside the new frame in a left-right direction. At least top and bottom frame members among top, bottom, left and right frame members forming the new frame are each formed by a frame member body containing a metal, and a rail member that covers the frame member body and guides the sliding movement of the sliding screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
