METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE WALL
To provide a method that can easily produce a decorative wall with a luxurious appearance without the need for skilled techniques.SOLUTION: A method for producing a decorative wall includes: a main material application process (S2) of applying a main material of a multi-layer coating material; and an unevenness forming process (S4) of forming unevenness on a surface of the main material by using a roller containing thinner for synthetic resin coating in a state where the main material applied in the main material coating process (S2) is dried by finger touch (S3). In the unevenness forming process (S4), a roller brush in which a fiber layer having a thickness of 4 mm or more and 6 mm or less is formed around a core is used as the roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熟練した技術を必要とすることなく高級感のある外観を有する化粧壁を簡単に製造することができる方法を提供する。【解決手段】化粧壁の製造方法は、下地壁に複層塗材の主材を塗布する主材塗布工程（Ｓ２）と、主材塗布工程（Ｓ２）により塗布された主材を指触乾燥させ（Ｓ３）た状態で、合成樹脂塗料用シンナーを含有させたローラを用いて主材の表面に凹凸を形成する凹凸形成工程（Ｓ４）とを含む。凹凸形成工程（Ｓ４）では、ローラとしてコアの周囲に厚さが４ｍｍ以上６ｍｍ以下の繊維層を形成したローラブラシを用いる。【選択図】図１
